If you want updates, fixes, or ongoing changes, yes. Modern sites (Astro / React / Sanity) need maintenance to stay secure and keep working properly. If you only need hosting and never want changes, I can still host the site, but I don’t take on ad hoc updates without a plan.
Small changes that don’t need design or feature work, like text updates, image swaps, broken link fixes, or minor layout issues. If something looks bigger, I’ll tell you before starting.
Planned work that improves the site over time. This includes speed and performance work, technical SEO fixes, small layout changes, and content or page updates.
For plans with monthly time, work is planned and tracked, tasks are prioritised, and hours reset each month. If you need extra time, I’ll quote it first.
Unlimited means you don’t track hours. Requests are handled one at a time and delivered in steady cycles. It covers ongoing updates and improvements to your existing website, but it doesn’t include full redesigns or rebrands. If something falls outside fair use, I’ll quote it separately.
Not as standard. If something urgent happens (for example, the site goes down or a form breaks), I’ll prioritise it where possible.
That payment covers hosting costs only. A support plan is separate and covers updates, fixes, and ongoing improvements.
Yes. Plans are rolling monthly. Cancel with one month’s notice.
I can provide a simple maintenance agreement. It covers what’s included, fair use rules, response times, and payment terms.
After 12 consecutive months on the Advanced Support or Unlimited plan, you can choose to use your included support time towards a website refresh or rebuild. This can include layout updates, a design refresh, structural improvements or a full rebuild. If the plan is cancelled or paused, eligibility resets.
